Malout sanitary inspector thrashed for issuing dengue challan
Gurvinder Singh, Sanitary inspector of Malout Municipal Council, was beaten with sticks by a man and his wife for issuing a dengue challan.
Police have already arrested Kuldeep Kumar and his wife Neha, both residents of Baba Deep Singh Nagar in Malout.
