Update about Amritsar Blast by Punjab DGP
After second explosion within 32 hours at Heritage Street in Amritsar, DGP Punjab Gaurav Yadav has confirmed that it was a low-intensity explosion. He said it appears to be a crude bomb as no detonator has been found on the spot.
