Chandigarh: BJP’s Manoj Sonkar wins, elected new mayor
The high-stakes Chandigarh mayoral polls are underway today after they were postponed due to presiding officer Anil Masih falling ill. The first round of polling has concluded and BJP councillor Manoj Sonkar has been elected as new mayor.
