PCTE Badowal, Ludhiana Clinches 1st Prize at DBU Vision Tech Fest 2025
Mandi Gobindgarh, 17 September: The Vision Tech Fest 2025, organized by the Faculty of Engineering, Technology & Computing at Desh Bhagat University, concluded with remarkable success. The two-day celebration of innovation, creativity, and talent witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across disciplines, with an inspiring display of projects, competitions, and cultural vibrancy.
A total prize money of ₹50,000 was distributed to the winners, honoring their technical excellence and entrepreneurial spirit. The Hackathon served as a platform where young innovators transformed ideas into impactful solutions, reflecting the true essence of Driving India’s Techcade.
This year, PCTE Badowal, Ludhiana, secured the 1st Prize, Desh Bhagat University bagged the 2nd Prize, and CT University won the 3rd Prize in the Hackathon. Their outstanding ideas and innovative solutions were highly appreciated by the jury and the audience alike.

Pro-Chancellor Dr. Tajinder Kaur also shared her happiness over the overwhelming response and successful outcome of the event. She encouraged students to carry forward the same enthusiasm in academics, research, and entrepreneurship, reaffirming the university’s vision of creating leaders who will drive positive change in society.
