Patiala News:Newly Appointed Chairmen Seek Blessings with Tejinder Mehta at Shri Kali Devi Mata Temple
Following their appointment as Halka Chairmen of various Welfare Boards by the Punjab Government, the newly appointed Chairmen today paid obeisance at Shri Kali Devi Mata Temple, Patiala, and sought the blessings of Mata Rani in the presence of Tejinder Mehta, District President of the Aam Aadmi Party, Patiala, and Chairman, District Planning Committee.
Present on the occasion were Vikram Sharma, Halka Chairman, Brahmin Samaj Welfare Board; Badal Bambi, Halka Chairman, Vimukt Jati Welfare Board; John Masih, Halka Chairman, Christian Welfare Board; Mandeep Johlan, Halka Chairman, Scheduled Welfare Board; Bablu Saini, Halka Chairman, Saini Welfare Board; Kirpal Singh, Halka Chairman, Kamboj Welfare Board; Ramanpreet Singh Shammi, Halka Chairman, Khatri Welfare Board; Daljit Singh Rajput, Halka Chairman, Rajput Welfare Board; Kuldeep Singh Ablowal, Halka Chairman, Bazigar Welfare Board; and Davinder Singh Mattu, Halka Chairman, SC Welfare Board.
On the occasion, Tejinder Mehta congratulated all the newly appointed Halka Chairmen and said that the Punjab Government has entrusted them with this important responsibility to strengthen the representation of different sections of society and to ensure that public welfare schemes reach the grassroots level. He expressed confidence that all the Chairmen would discharge their responsibilities with honesty, dedication and a spirit of public service while working for the welfare of every section of society.
The Chairmen also offered prayers for the prosperity, progress and well-being of Punjab. They expressed confidence in the leadership and organisational working style of Tejinder Mehta and said they would work with full dedication under his guidance to take the Punjab Government’s public welfare policies and development initiatives to every section of the constituency.
Tejinder Mehta extended his best wishes to all the Chairmen for a successful tenure and expressed hope that they would play a significant role in effectively taking the Punjab Government’s pro-people policies and welfare schemes to every section of society.
