Under the able leadership of District Education Officer Shalu Mehra and under the guidance of Deputy District Education Officer Dr. Ravinderpal Sharma and in coordination with District Sports Coordinator Dr. Daljit Singh and District School Tournament Committee Secretary Charanjit Singh Bhullar, Karate competitions for Under 17/14/19 girls were organized at Hindu Public Senior Secondary School, Patiala. – In the 44 kg weight category, Azel Asisan (Patiala-1) got first, Aradhana (Samana) got second, Namanjot Kaur (Patiala-3) got third and Babandeep Kaur (Nabha) got third place. Lecturer Praveen Kumar, Lecturer Rajesh Kumar (Convenor), Ravinder Singh, Sukhjit Singh, Hatendra Singh, Bajrang, Jaitshahudeep Singh Grewal, Dr. Asa Singh, Rakesh Kumar Arora, Rupinder Kaur, Sunita Rani, Mohammad Sajid Hanif, Prabhjot Kaur and Press Incharge Jaswinder Singh were present on this occasion.
