Under the able leadership of District Education Officer Shalu Mehra and under the guidance of Deputy District Education Officer Dr. Ravinder Pal Sharma and in coordination with District Sports Coordinator Dr. Daljit Singh and District School Tournament Committee Secretary Charanjit Singh Bhullar, Taekwondo competitions for Under 14/17/19 boys were organized at P.M.Shri Government Senior Secondary Multipurpose School, Pasi Road, Patiala.
In the Under 14 competitions -41 Bhupinder Singh Patti- won gold, -18 Vivan Saini Patti-3 Zone won gold, -38 Arnav Sharma Patti-2 Zone won gold, -21 Sukhvir Singh Bhunnarheri Zone won gold, -29 Rohit Giri won gold, in the Under 17 competitions -38 Amrit Malik Bhunnarheri Zone won gold, -41 Khushpreet Singh Rajpura Zone won gold and -35 Naresh Kumar Rajpura Zone won gold. Angrez Sharma and Harish Kumar Rawat reached the top and blessed the players.
