A video of a man from Patran brutally shooting a stray dog on social media was seen by our #CyberCell, Patiala Police took immediate action & arrested the accused within hours of the incident.
Recovered 12-bore rifle and 02 empty rounds. FIR has been registered against the accused and for further investigation Dog’s body has been shifted to Samana Veterinary Hospital for post-mortem.
