Patiala News:Garbage cleaning campaign started from Ghanaur bus stand under Mission Clean Punjab

Ghural Singh Ghanaur, MLA of the Ghanaur constituency, has appealed to the people that every citizen should contribute to the Mission Clean Punjab campaign launched under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann and under the guidelines of the Punjab Government and Local Government Minister Harjot Bais.
Nagar Panchayat Ghanaur under the leadership of MLA Gurlal Singh Ghanaur started the 10-day cleanliness campaign from the bus stand Ghanaur by Nagar Panchayat President Mandeep Kaur and Executive Officer Mukesh Singla. On this occasion, Senior Vice President Ankit Sood, Youth President Gurvinder Kala, all the councilors and all the staff of Nagar Panchayat and sanitation workers were present.
Gurlal Singh Ghanaur said that under a special campaign, solid waste, debris and other waste lying on the roads and public places of Ghanaur are being collected and transported to appropriate places. Along with this, Nagar Panchayat teams are continuously working in different areas to make the city’s sanitation system better and more effective.
MLA Gurlal Ghanaur appealed to the residents of the constituency to actively cooperate in this cleanliness drive and keep their homes, shops and surroundings clean. He appealed to the people not to throw garbage in the open or in public places. He said that under this drive, special cleaning works are being carried out in different areas to make the city clean, garbage-free and pollution-free.
